Playing F-C LAX

There are several Pre-season practices which are in the late fall.

Regular season practices can start as early as mid-January with the season extending to mid-May. Practices for JV and Varsity players are four times a week, two and one-half hours per session.

For Junior girls and boys, practices vary between 2 & 3 times/week depending on the coach’s schedule.

The 2008 FCLA teams season practices are held at:

A typical season will have 12-15 games, generally on the weekends with teams as far away as Ukiah and San Jose. Boys tend to play a single game per day while the girls typically play 2 games at a venue that will host 4-8 games during a day.

Playoffs, championships and season-end tournaments transpire in mid to late May and are held in Northern California.

8 weeks of Indoor Fall ball may be offered by Sacramento Lacrosse Clinics beginning September.
